On an unrelated note, have you ventured to a Big Lots lately? The last time I was at one it was disappointing, but I'm looking for snap case DVDs and I feel like they may have a bunch.

If you like band of brothers you are bound to like the pacific. Band of brothers is more engaging, but the pacific covers a part of the war that you usually dont see covered.

Do you guys know if they have the Tales From The Crypt DVD season packs still at Best Buy? They were $20 last time I saw them, and $10 for two seasons would be a great deal.

The Pacific was excellent. Extremely intense and harrowing, compared to Band of Brothers. I'll have to check the local "Beast" to see if that sale is going on here! =-)

@Bk94541 Rome is in my top 10 series of all time. I want that set too. I'm hoping to score it before the sale is over, although I have seen it cheaper on amazon uk.

i picked up BOB on Blu Ray for 25.00. It didn't have the bottom sleeve, but that's okay because the tin was in great shape.
