So, if a crime is committed in front of you then you should just let it happen be a use it was not on you? Unbelievable!Laws are made for a reason and should be followed especially when that country agreed to follow them. Part of a "Country's sovereignty" is respecting laws and respecting INTERNATIONAL WATERS.
